Deadline for bad check restitution March 16

Those who owe victims restitution for theft through the writing of bad checks have only a little while to come up with the money.
Otherwise, indictments related to each case will be turned over to the Sunflower County Sheriff’s Department, according to a recent release from the office of District Attorney W. Dewayne Richardson.
